This 2021 Pinot is unlike previous vintages. On the nose red cherries instead of dark cherries with Hints of smoke, earth, leather and spice. It’s bright on the palate with a huge explosion of fruit especially red cherries, Followed by forest floor and smooth tannins. Best served slightly chilled on its own or paired with classic dishes such a salmon, Lamb, hard cheeses and chocolate.
