This wine is a classic example of “cold climate” grown Chardonnays. Stone fruit and citrus notes often dominates the nose as does honey, vanilla and green apples. The fruit on the nose carries through onto the palate. Mouth feel is clean, crisp with a hint of saltness (Minerally). Flavours of citrus, apricot and green apples dominate with a tiny hints of honey.
